What is Quad City CrossFit?

Quad City CrossFit is a company who uses CrossFit as their training method.  QCCF focuses on overall Health and Fitness through community and support.

Do I need to be a serious athlete to do CrossFit?

Absolutely not.  Our goal is to get you in the best possible shape no matter your age, sex or fitness level.

I’m from out of town, can I drop in?

Absolutely.  We require you to have been Crossfitting for at least 3 months before attending our classes.  Our drop in fee is $20 for day 1 and $5 for every additional day after that.  Please email us prior to coming in. qccf.info@gmail.com

How intense are the workouts?

That’s up to you. It’s you against the workout… You decide how intense it is.

What can I expect from QCCF?

You can absolutely expect to get into the best shape of your life no matter where your at.  Whether your goal is to lose weight, set a 5K record or get stronger we will help you accomplish your goal.

Are there showers available?

Yes, we do have showers available for client use.

Who are the class instructors?

Quad City CrossFit class instructors are highly experienced CrossFitters who are passionate about health and people.  They are here to help you on your journey to greater health and fitness.
