Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
This will be the gym wod tomorrow as well. If you aren’t being judged for the open you can do regular burpees. I will also list a scaled set of weights for most of you to do. Unless you are in the open… this is considered RX!
