“Masters Mania”
Teams of 2
Complete for time
45 Wallball shots
(plank hold)
45 Burpees
(active squat at parallel)
45 toes – bar (120 sit ups)
(hold barbell OH 95/65)
45 Sumo Dead High Pull 95/65
(hold crab walk position)

*Chipper style. Reps only count while partner holds static position. Partners can switch and break up movements however they like.
