So as you’ve seen we are doing a “CrossFit Total” event called “Muscles and Meat.” We had a lot of requests for the Total so we figured, what the heck, let’s make an event out of it and while were at it we will raise some $ for charity! Hope everyone can come out as it’s always a great time hanging out with QCCF’ers!
