CrossFit For Hope: We wanted to get involved in this because it is for such a great cause… Because we have other events already planned on the 9th (The LBN Party) we are going to do the workout the 8th! Here is how we are going to do it.
On June 8th Friday Night from 5pm till 8pm we will be running heats of “Hope” (We will not be running regular afternoon classes that day) We would like you to simply bring a donation of ANY SIZE and do the workout in honor of the children that have these terrible deadly diseases at St. Jude. 100% of what we raise will be donated to St. Jude. We have a goal of $1000!! Please help us reach it. We will also be selling Real Food friendly meals and grilling out to raise money as well.
