QC CrossFit Success Story:Rebecca Dixon

I’ve been attending QCCF for almost two and a half years. Since then, I’ve experienced monumental gains in my personal fitness goals while at the same time increasing self-confidence, which has spilled over into every area of my life. It took five months to get that first kipping pull-up, two years to get that first strict pull-up, but now I can string them together. Now I’ve got handstand pushups. Just hit 215 lbs. about a month ago on my deadlift. And pistols? They’re easy now! I would never have thought these goals possible, but at QCCF, you can do anything!

After a month at QCCF, I knew I found the best gym in the Quad Cities. I have been personally taught everything I do. The trainers at QCCF break down every lift, every gymnastic element, and even offer endurance classes, where you learn the benefits of pose running. Need to talk nutrition? They do that, too. Whatever your fitness goals, QCCF will help you attain them. If you simply want to be more active with your kids, QCCF will make that happen. If you want to get involved in worldwide competitions, QCCF can make that happen, too. Your personal achievements are limitless.

Not only is QCCF the best gym in the Quad Cities, the Crossfit community is one that I’ve never experienced. The QCCF community is filled with people from all walks of life. And going into a WOD (Workout Of the Day) every day with constant encouragement from your trainers and fellow members, is what keeps you motivated. You’re not alone going through a crazy-long or crazy-hard workout. Everybody’s right there with you. This isn’t your average walkinanddoyourthingandgohome kind of gym. This is a community of athletes who want to see you reach every goal. And then you will. And then the entire community celebrates with you when you reach them. It’s inspiring! Don’t sell yourself short and NOT come in to see what it’s all about. You won’t be disappointed.
